- We are a monthly Parker. The actual parking place is not bad. But the people that work at the management office are just terrible miserable people. So unprofessional and rude. I sent a payment in late and they held my car hostage even after they received the payment. The woman in the accounting department (Jill) was being spiteful and would not release our car for a few days after it cleared our account. We were customers for over 5 years. Terrible, Horrible woman and bad service.
