 - A sealed envelope (birthday card) with money inside was left in the console of my vehicle when I parked at this garage for the day. The envelope was stolen from my car by Valet. I know, My mistake for forgetting the card inside my car in NYC; but also, belongings inside the car should not be stolen from when car is paid to be stored for the day.

 - I would not advise anyone to park here.They damaged the drivers door,a dent and two scratches.Looked like someone hit a metal bin or something like that.When I pointed it out the attendant claimed the damage was not new.I asked for the manager who just yelled at me when we spoke over the phone.When I mentioned the police they got me to fill out forms for a claim and said that they would take care of it.A week later they said I had no claim.I have been parking in garages in NYC for over 30 years this never happened before.Plenty of other lots around this area to choose from.

 - This garage has a very tight entrance. I don’t have a large car. On each side of the entrance, there is a cylindrical chunk of yellow metal. It’s yellow on one side anyway. On the passenger’s, where one makes a right turn to enter the garage, the paint has been scraped away by numerous cars that scraped the cylinder. That happened to me today. I am probably going to spend $1000 or do to fix the damage to both doors. Put a little foam padding around the cylinder.

 - I've been a monthly parker at this garage and the service has gone completely downhill. First they cut the hours without cutting the prices. I'm usually home by midnight, so not too much of an inconvenience, more just annoying. Worse is that they've taken in so many new customers that it's impossible to get in and out, even when you've given plenty of notice. The worst was that the garage was so full that they parked my car on the street! I got a $115 ticket, which they have not yet taken care of. Basically, they're just greedy. Some of the staff is great, really hard-working and competent; others speak so little English they can't handle the basics.
