 - NEVER park here if you value your safety and your sanity. An aggressive, rude, threatening attendant began screaming at me to exit the garage when I entered with a paid reservation. I've parked all over NYC, born and raised here, but this was a first. No excuse for this disgusting behavior, I took a photo of the offender ad will report him as often as needed to keep other people safe from this deranged individual. Spare yourself the experience and park anywhere else!

 - I am a monthly customer. On Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at approximately 7:00 AM the attendant left my car out on the street! This was due to the fact that there was no room for it in the garage. I pay my monthly parking fee on time and expect that I get the service that I am entitled to. This is truly unacceptable and will be reported if it happens again.

 - The attendant was very unkind and uncommunicative. We didn’t bother asking about monthly parking because the attendant was so mean.

 - I was a monthly customer at this garage for six months. I would NOT recommend parking your car here. One of the attendants is extremely rude and will berate you over the phone or in person when you call to get your car. One morning, I had a bit of an emergency and called for my car 30 minutes before I intended to pick it up. This attendant yelled at me and my significant other and refused to pull our car, arguing that he needed two to three hours because it was busy. We insisted we would pick it up in a half hour. When we arrived at the garage, it was empty and no one was there picking up other cars. When I let the attendant know that I didn't appreciate his tone over the phone or his approach to his job, he proceeded to get very hostile and rude. After that I vowed to never take my car back there. The management of this garage is clever though, they require notice of cancellation of monthly contracts by the 7th of the month prior. If not, you're automatically charged. They took no steps to remedy the situation, so now I'm stuck paying a month in a garage that I'm not using.

 - My car was in the first stall when I went to pick it up. The employee who was working at 6:45pm on Wednesday approached my car with no mask. I asked for my keys, and said I did not want him going in my car without a mask. He not only ignored my request but rudely and purposely got in my car with no mask. We know he had one, because my husband saw him wearing it an hour before.

 - These prices are a lie. They charge $35 for anything up to 4 hours. I pre paid for this garage and got there a little early and he made me pay the $35 to park for 25 minutes when I paid less than that for 24 hours. They are robbing people of their money.
