- I returned to the car park, entered my registration number and paid on foot at the machine but the exit barrier didn't lift and I was prompted to pay again!! When I got home, I checked my account and had been charged twice, I rang and explained what had happened and was told I should have pressed the intercom button to speak to someone. Fair enough but easy to say that afterwards. I was held up by the car in front and I didn't want to hold up the car behind me any longer than I already had, so I paid! The offer of a refund for the second payment would have been nice!
