 -  quadrant shopping centre Coatbridge run by by sheffield council ,, i got fined £100 for 15 mins parking on 14/8/2018 was told by ICS parking no free parking on car park car park was 30 mins free NLC ,, NOW Sighn says 20 mins to get ticket TICKET,,,its a joke missleading & a rip off quadrant closes 31/8/18 missleading parking sighns

 - Honestly this is a joke what do you think residents and visitors to Coatbridge on a Saturday morning would say. Deserted at 9.40 am only 1 car in the park, and mine. I thought the parking was free on Saturday as the entrance into the car park had no barriers. After some shopping and a funeral service I return to my car to find a parking notice, with a no to enter into a web site to pay for parking, I am alaramed to see the charge could be £90.00 , is this legal is the car park managed for the Council by an business in England or is it a scam.
