- This parking lot is a complete disgrace. I understand the weather has been horrendous over the past few months,but the potholes at this parking area must have been there and growing for a while! My friend had driven me there for a relaxing country walk on Saturday, 12th March 2022, only to find that she had to navigate, very slowly, through a series of potholes. Unfortunately, one pothole was so deep that the front lefthand tyre sustained a puncture (not discovered until our return to the car - extinguishing any calm we had gained from our walk!) The car behind us also had the same trouble and fell foul at the same pothole, but it is not known if they sustained any damage to their vehicle. Yours truly, a very disappointed visitor!
