- Unless you are visiting the park area on a busy day, there is no point parking here. Plenty for empty parking spaces are available in the neighborhood. The parking garage always seem to have spots available. Price is reasonable. But the lots are poorly lit and the stairwells are very unhygienic - disgusting actually! Nearby subway is the Vernon Blvd and you can also find MTA bus service there. There is also a ferry service across the street behind the TFC building but non-peak service is very jittery.
