- I parked at this lot on the roof for a year. Three times this winter I was unable to drive up the ramp due to it not being sanded when it snowed. The elevator has been out of order since the end of Nov and I've had to walk up and down ramp. There are homeless people sleeping on her stair well. I cancelled my parking.
