 - DO NOT USE! ANPR rubbish. Tried to pay on exit, ticket machine would not display my vehicle - just showed a black screen were my vehicle should be. Had to guess on my time there and manually enter my reg details and paid £4 for the parking. Got a ticket for £100 and guess what, the ticket had an image of my car arriving and exiting! Appealed and lost. Why would I pay £4 and risk a ticket?
