- I think the lot is financially better compare to vsp but the shuttle driver was not helpful with my heavy bag and just saw me struggle. I was the one who said hello first and struggled to go up the steps. As we approached another shuttle stop, he got up and said hello to the white young woman as he carried her small luggage and placed it inside for her convenience. I felt that because of my ethnicity he did not help me. For what ever his reason was, it was unprofessional and rude to say the least.
