 - If I can give 0 stars, I would. The attendant asked how long I was going to park for, I didn't know exactly because it depended on how long the wait was for my appointment across the street and how many people were ahead of me. After driving for 3 hours from out of town this was so unacceptable. He then told me to back out of the lot because there was no room?! Rude and unprofessional. Then block the entrance if that's the case. It's not my fault the attendant is overwhelmed and doesn't know what he's doing.

 - Weekend rates are clearly posted as $30 all day. (Park Whiz lists it as $25, but I suppose the difference is tax). When I went to pick up my car after four hours on Saturday, I was charged $55. The attendant (there was only one person working and it took over 15 mins. to get my car even though I returned exactly when I said I would) just kept repeating "the computer doesn't lie" and maintaining that I was charged almost double the posted rate because there had been a parade a didn't even know about between the time I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. He claimed I was supposed to know this and expect to pay an extra $25. Many garages charge special/inflated "event rates," but they clearly post signs stating that rate at the entrance so consumers can decide if they are willing to pay twice as much as usual to park. This garage did no such thing.
