- The lot gives the worse service to CERTAIN customers. After I paid for my vehicle. I waited for over 20 min. while I watched every person come in, receive service, and leave before my vehicle was retrieved. I watched over 10 vehicles and customers receive service as I stood in the cold with my 11 month old and 72 year old mother waiting. When I asked the clerk, he stopped looking at his cell phone for a few seconds to tell me to speak to the workers outside of his booth. It was actually a worker who arrived to work AFTER I paid for my vehicle who retrieved my car. This means that when I paid and was standing for over 15 min, NO ONE was retrieving my vehicle. How could they? They were all too busy servicing EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER BUT ME. I'll just mention that I was the only customer of color. Microagressions are REAL. And they are even MORE hurtful when they come from other people of color. I would love for customer service to explain your way out of this one.
