- Avoid this place at all costs. I arrived for a prepaid reservation before a show.They made me backed on a one way entry/exit ramp while asking other outgoing cars to drive up which almost led to an accident. I after having nowhere to go and stand outside of the facility I wound up circling a few blocks which took 15 min in heavy traffic only to be asked to do the same thing AGAIN when I arrived. Both times I told the attendance Oscar that I had a reservation and he didn't care. I missed the show because of this and asked him for a refund. He said he didn't know anything about that and waved me away. Oscar is incredibly rude, incompetent, and should not be working there.
