 - I parked there and they damaged my car. Gave me the number to call Santos 646.584.0621. I called and he is NEVER in. Then they gave me another number to call, no one answers, no voice mail NOTHING. I called over 100 times. They are also a bunch of thieves and went thru my center console and stole change and cash. DISGUSTING the way they treat people.

 - Horrible customer service charged me $88 for less then 24 hours parking even though their sign said $49. Disputed with manager and he said 24 hours is &58 but would not refund the difference. Had no choice to pay because they weren’t going to give me my car.

 - This parking garage knocked off my drivers side mirror and used electrical tape to put it back on. Didn’t notify me that they damaged my car and no one speaks English well enough when I’ve called to do anything about it. Disgusting. They should be ashamed.

 - Absolutely the worse parking lot in all of Time Square. We used an app to prepay for parking for 12 hours, only to be forced to pay an additional $34 to get the vehicle after having the police involved since they held the vehicle for ransom. Terrible experience, don’t use the garage and definitely don’t pre-pay since they won’t except it.

 - Bad service. They said their elevator broke 2 hrs ago. We were here two hrs ago to drop off the car and one elevator was at least working. They are not very systematic. They said 30 min wait and it’s already 70 min and we still don’t have our car. The cars I see coming out are the high end ones so far. The workers are rude and not helpful at all. Find a different place to park. Don’t come here.

 - These jerks really f***ed up my vehicle and caused body damage. Not to mention had to wait 20 min to pay and 30 min to get car. Worst experience ever. Guess having a drivers license is not required at this lot.
