 - PLEASE READ BEFORE LEAVING YOUR CAR HERE. Before you waste your time and bring your car here please reconsider. First, you are meet by a security guard who very rudely tells you to pop your trunk. After opening you trunk he rummages through it to make sure it’s “safe” and slams it down with enough force to make you think he actually paid for the car. Next, no one tells you what to do and only until after you park your car they ask you questions. After parking my car on the second floor they told me that I had to park it again on the 4th. So I had to go get my car again park it and find the fourth floor. After this I left my car with a man who parked it inside the lot. The problem I have with this “business” is that I found a dent on the left side of my car roughly 5 minutes after leaving the lot. The manager named Mikay is not very helpful and has an attitude as I was talking to her on the phone she hung up on me twice. I wanted the company to check the security footage to ensure the damage had not came from them. She ensured me that it was not their fault but is very reluctant to showing the footage to prove this fact. She told me that she would call me on Friday but had a “family emergency” where the other worker in the facility claimed to be the a manger. Both of them were useless in helping my problem and only seemed to stall. After noticing the damage roughly 5 days have passed and I still have not seen any video. This business is overpriced (charging $35 for 40 mins

 - Worst management I have ever experienced. I have been trying to exit the garage for an hour but am not able to without the managers help. The manager is not on site and unreachable. No one else is able to help. I have no way to leave the garage with my car. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
