- The man who monitors this lot is scamming patrons! I was here last night at 10pm to stop into Razzis. I had arrived and less than 2 minutes later the man is standing outside of my car. He hands me a ticket and says "You have to pay to park here." I told him I was going into Razzis, and had my wallet in my hand. I didn't even have time to pay before I received a ticket! Not to mention, as a patron, I assumed I could park here for free at this time, but that didn't seem to be true. This lot was completely empty, and his behavior was completely predatory.
