We are a seniors coffee group that have been meeting for 5 years on a Thursday from 7-9 am. We get on really well with the staff, and it is an important connection, and catch up.
We didnt get any warning that this mamimun of 2 hours was being enforced. Not cleaarly marked that it is a 2 hour parking, there are about 8 of us.
