 - I park here all the time! I have never had any issues. The one time when I parked and the machine was down, I called the techs and they handled everything very quickly and were very courteous. To be honest, I have waited longer at conventional garages to get my car. Love parking here! I have no idea what these other people are talking about here, especially the guy who complained about the rates. NYC garages never include the required 18.375% NYC parking tax in their prices and it says that very clearly on their pricing table. It's basic math, for 49 hours the calculation would be: (($38.86 * 2) + 24.50) * 1.18375 = $121! Exactly what they charged! Its NYC garage pricing, and they are very competitive with the market rates. If you don't want to pay for parking in NYC, that's fine: take public transportation or try to find the elusive street parking. As a business owner myself, I hate when people do not read or know basic math and then go out of their way to write bad reviews based on their own mistakes!

 - On 11/6/2020 I was able to park & retrieve my car. Excellent during a pandemic. One suggestion: I waited a while at one of two entrances for my car. I wasn't aware that my car would be available at the other entrance, and I didn't see or hear when that gate opened. The garage should tell you which entrance to expect your car from...

 - Been waiting 45 min for my car - having no one on site is great until the whole system breaks down. Every other garage at least gives you your car back. Only option is to call their dispatcher who sends an email to a technician and has no power to do anything else.

 - They are crooks are or really stupid in the management office. Poor service, robot garage malfunctions and you cannot get your car out for days, cheated me on my deposit and are generally rude.
