- Was forced to leave at least one star, but if I had the choice would have not left any as I will never use this service again, used it over the weekend and when car was returned it reeked of marijuana, as if someone had a party in my car. I was with my children and one actually got sick from the smell. I approached the attendant about this and was told "Oh no, that was not us...we use the parking lot at Millenium Park and people smoke weed in the garage, it must have gotten in through your open windows." FYI - It was 30 degrees outside! Wish I had noted my mileage, hope they didn't also take my car for a joy ride. Smell still not gone in spite of driving for 15 minutes with the windows down. Wish I could have this company pay to have my car detoxed. Will not leave my email address for fear of retribution, but will follow-up with Macy's and company admin via phone.
