- To start with Jason Rice the representative is not helpful at all for the customers parking there . When you first reach out to them for parking and a contract for parking, he was very nice , polite , "we will do all to make your parking experience great" . All these, sales man talk , were said, as soon as I take the contract and one day you forget your pass ( we all are humans)1: Jason wont answer his desk phone or his cell number all day. 2:No one is available at the EMI office to resolve your issues. I emailed him and he wrote "ring the call button and I will let them know to let you out:" NO one picked the phone and I had 7 vehicle behind me to go out. It was a very embarrassing situation. Then I get am email from Jason with this Reply "We are not responsible if you leave your parking pass at home". Instead of creating an alternative solution )for the convenience of customers he wrote to me,) this is what I am told. DONT PARK THERE. ITS DIRTY, FILTHY, FILLED WITH EMPTY BEER BOTTLES. NO CLEANING OR MAINTANCE IS DONE ON A REGULAR MANNER.
