The first time, we were charged twice, even though the attendant reassured us that that would not happen.Eventually, we got one of those charges reversed.A few weeks ago, we paid what we owed with a credit card at the machine before leaving.Even though we had a receipt, the attendant made us pay an additional $1.75 to get out! Both times we talked to someone, we could barely understand what they were saying as well. It's just a parking structure, and yet we had bad experiences both times! Use at your own risk.
