 - Do not park here. First of all it's very expensive, we paid $40 (there was a diamondback game AND concert that night...going rate for a busy night, I guess) Not the $30 as stated on Parkme's website. The garage was a maze, and tough to navigate. When we went to pick up our car, we found it keyed, and feces smeared all over the door handle. Obviously, it's not a safe garage, and not monitored well. Again, please safe yourself a headache and find another garage.

 - Validated parking for one hour and I got charged on the way out anyhow. Help desk came up with every excuse not to help. Avoid them if possible.

 - So frustrating to park in here at night. Most of the doors are locked with no clear directions on how to get in which is frustrating when you have been out for the evening only to come for your car and all doors in the vicinity of where you came in deny access!! It’s only saving grace is that businesses will validate and the proximity to where you need to go but if I can I avoid it!

 - I have used the underground parking lot several times. I was very dissatisfied tonight with the Ace payment system at the top of the stairs. Had it notified me that exact change was required (or given me the option to cancel my cash transaction) I would have used my card. Although a voucher was printed I have no direction on how to get my money back for it and am suspicious the company may not honor it/might tell me it expires whenever I may get to go back downtown (as I am not there often)
