- I just parked at this location for the Jimmy Buffett concert July 13th 2018. You have to leave your key with them as they move cars around all day to get them in and out. Normally this has been a super location for concerts and Cubs games. Not tonight???
It is midnight, and just drove an hour home only to find out I have no car key? Literally have no key fob despite giving it to them when I paid them to park my car.
The attendant brought my car around from the back, jumped out with the car running, and we get in to beat the crowd and leave. With the car running, why would I think the key fob is not in the car when the guy just pulled it up for me to go home? Attendant had dark hair and a mustache/beard?
I was out of the concert quick--and had to be one of the first customers to pick up my car.
For anyone who works at Easy Out---and knows who has my car key to a black Hyundai Genesis from the Jimmy Buffett concert--please email me to tell me how I am supposed to get my key fob back. Because now I cannot lock my car and fear it may not start tomorrow without the key fob? Plus my satellite radio is not working either? No signal?? And this was working fine when I dropped it off today.
To Easy Out Staff--please help with returning my key fob to me asap.
