I paid $10 for 90 minutes on a Sunday early evening. I stayed 23 minutes beyond the 90 minutes and received a bill in the mail for an additional $89.99 for the extra 23 minutes (which they offered to reduce to $49.99 if I paid the bill within 15 days of receipt).
BTW, at the time the lot was mostly empty and their billing policy was written in very small print that no one would notice (which is not by accident).
I “protested” the additional charge and received a fairly prompt “tough luck” reply.
I’m all for making a profit but this is more than a bit ridiculous !
