 - With all the craziness going on at LaGuardia, I decided to give this service a try. I could not be more pleased with the arrangements at the hotel or the staff. I arrived at 4AM to catch a 6AM flight. The hotel desk manager was very professional and let me know that the next shuttle to the airport was less than 10 minutes. When I returned from my trip, I called the hotel and I was picked up within 10 minutes of my call. Nice and easy. I would definitely use this service again.

 - I parked my car at the Courtyard on 1/2 and returned on 1/8. I waited 2 1/2 hours for a shuttle in the freezing cold. Pilots form American Airlines took pity on me and took me to the hotel with them. The concierge was unconcerned and the parking attendant was demanding and rude. I emailed the hotel and got no response I ill never use Parking Whiz to book or park at the Courtyard again. BEWARE
