- We have used Value Park/405 Parking several times in the past and never had a problem. This time around was different. Everything went well with reserving online, parking, and getting a shuttle to the airport. The problems occurred upon our return. We waited over 40 minutes to be picked up. According to the text I received, our wait should've been up to 20-25 minutes. If it was longer, they suggested I call the number provided. I called after 25 minutes and the man who answered was quite rude. I called again after another 15 minutes had passed and he was even more rude. All I needed him to say was that he was sorry that the wait was so long. That's all. But he couldn't do that. The text should've said something like, "If you'd like to be treated like crap while waiting, call this number." The shuttle driver was not exactly friendly, and the guy working at the exit was also not friendly. I think next time we will use one of the services that we watched drive by 3-5 times while we were waiting for Value Park. To add to it, my 71 year old mom was traveling with me. Forty minutes was way too long to have her standing there after traveling all day. Because of previous good experiences, we have recommended Value Park to a few of our friends. We will have to let them know that we've changed our opinion.
