 - Do not park here. I bought a parking pass from Parking Whiz for 3 days. When I went to pick up my car the attendant refused to let me use the passes and tried to charge me over $200. He was irate. My son was so scared that he was going to hurt us. He pushed me out of the way and took my key fab so I couldn't leave. It was a nightmare.

 - They charged me for an extra month even though I notified I would be leaving the garage well in advance of their stated invoice date for the next month. SInce charging me , they are unresponsive to emails . Unless you want to pay extra $655 a month for a garage you dont use the next month, I suggest checking outother lots.

 - We live across the street: there is one or more motorbikes who constantly rev their motorbike engines, waking people up at 5 AM. Simply obnoxious.

 - I never thought I would say this about a garage - pretty simple business model - but DO NOT GO HERE. The attendant we most recently had was incredibly juvenile, kept my poor mother waiting 30 minutes to retrieve a car (forcing me to come down), never apologized, and then called us out for not thanking him earlier that day as justification for his negligence. This same attendant had been embroiled in another argument with another customer whose car was held hostage - that customer was threatening to sue and I HOPE HE DOES! I believe Select Garages owned by Aaron Katz runs this company. Don't go to any of their garages.

 - DO NOT PARK HERE. The parking staff are friendly, but the owner is HORRIBLE. Unfortunately, within a month of parking here, someone dented our car while in their care so we have asked the owner to pay for the damages. Instead of taking responsibility for this, the owner (Esteban) calls us and raises our monthly price, saying that we are "parking for free" because he has to pay for the damages. Customers should not be held responsible for damages caused by their facility and more importantly, should be treated with respect. We now have to go through the hassle of fixing the dent, going through the process of filing claims with our insurance - all while dealing with the rude owner who is giving us a hard time for a mistake he should be taking responsibility for.
