 - Generally pleasant experience. Upon picking up the car I was told I owed $20. Surprised I had to explain to the valet that it was prepaid. Given the tipping etc. I might take my chances on Structure 8 or pier parking for HALF the price. I felt like I was slightly conned on this reservation. Could be a great deal on a busy weekend maybe.

 - This was the most amazing parking experience we have ever had in Santa Monica! We travel a few times a year from AZ and usually park on the beach lots which can be pretty far to walk to pier and shopping areas, and uncovered and expensive too. This was a valet lot with wonderful staff and in such an amazing area!!! We will definitely be parking here with this service from now on :)

 - Was the best decision I made since I had never been to Santa Monica before and wasn't sure of the parking situation. Left the car and when we ready to leave for the day just want back and picked up the car. No need to drive around looking for parking and having it prepaid made it that much easier as well since I knew exactly what the cost would be and didn't have to worry about trying to find a reasonable to rate to park. It was also great because it is directly across the street from the Santa Monica Pier.

 - There is no real vehicle access once vehicle is parked. Don't use if you want to park and walk around and then get to your vehicle to change, or drop off purchases. Good for whole day no-vehicle-access-once parked only.
