 - I had to pay $6 in order to open the gate to exit because I was late 5 min past my scheduled time. JUST 5 MIN and had to pay $6. ridiculous fee

 - I should have known based on our first encounter with the shuttle driver. She didn't help with the bags and then started yelling at us that we were putting the bags in wrong. Then my husband and I made a huge mistake. He went back earlier than me so I remembered to give him the credit card will use to pay when we pulled into the lot however we forgot to give him the keys to the car. So my car sat at the lot additional days and I didn't have the original credit card I needed to pay to get out of the lot. So I called the customer service number and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Curtis who was very friendly. He advised all I had to do was give the last 4 digits of the original payment credit card and they would back it out of the system and Bill it to the credit card that I had with me. Well it wasn't that easy. The lady at the exit payment Booth was not very friendly she acted like it was really putting her out to do all this. And I told her I spoke to Curtis and he said this is what needs to happen. But it wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be. Bottom line I would never Park here again. I will say that the shuttle driver on the way back from the airport when I arrive today which is Thursday December 28th was awesome. Because the shuttle driver that dropped us off wrote down the wrong row where our car was parked. So we had to circle the lot and look for it in order to find my car. I should have gotten the gentleman's driver's name today. He was great.

 - The driver was super friendly. I forgot a bag in the bus and didn't realize it was gone until I was almost home. They held it for me after I called! Yeah CJ and Edward for taking care of it!

 - This review is about Eco Park I am very disappointed. I had to wait in the parking lot over 20 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick us. In addition, there was a long waiting line of travelers waiting to take the bus. This caused significant delay which made us miss the flight which ruined our vacation. Moreover, when I returned back from the airport after rebooking my trip, they were very cheap and insisted to collect fees of parking for over 3 hours. They were not responsive when I tried to tell them that they were the ones who should be penalized for this delay. Very very very very poor service. Never park there unless you want to miss your flight.
