St. Luke's Baptist Hospital

 - Has anyone had on fraud on their account after paying for parking? I paid for parking on 3/17/23 with the booth on the left and I thought it was unusual for her to have my card so long (could have been the system), it was weird to me. Right after that I started to receive a lot of fraud on my account over $200 worth. Not saying that the person in the booth did anything wrong, I am stating that I barely use my card because of fraud and that was the first time i had used it in a long time because Ive had to change my debit card every couple of of months because someone keeps getting in my account. I will use cash from now on or a prepaid card.

 - Currently sitting on level C plus waiting to try and get out of the parking garage. I have been sitting for 18 minutes and still not out of the garage. It is a Friday afternoon about 1230 and I have a 1 o'clock appointment I'm going to have to cancel. I feel like I am a prisoner in a parking garage.
