 - I gave 1 star because this system will not allow me to submit with 0 stars. I recommend avoid dealing with Colonial parking at this location - the address listed is incorrect as well - it is 4601 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203. The garage attendees are slow and use their cars to block anyone from entering or leaving the garage when they change shifts. Colonial Customer service and the manager at this location are useless. They over charge your account and cannot keep records up-to-date. The office is very disorganized and no one seems to know what they are doing. I was told to contact one manager who then told me to contact someone else - everyone non-responsive to the issue. Don't bother calling customer care because they don't know what they are doing either. Avoid this company and you will avoid a headache!
