- The lot itself was great and located close to the Westiside Market, whose lot was full at the time and I was not familiar with most of the streets for parking. Paying at the meter seemed like a good idea, I've used similar meters in downtown Cle with no issue so I felt comfortable using my debit card.
I parked here on Sept 19th, entered my debit card and didn't receive a receipt to put on my dashboard as instructed,so I thought I entered my card wrong and entered it 2 more times without receiving a receipt. The meter said lot full, but there were several spots available. I left my car for about 45 minutes-although I was worried I'd get a ticket with no parking voucher shown on my dashboard. Several others did the same thing without receiving receipts. Yesterday I saw that I was charged 3 times on my card. Is there any way I can get a refund for the $8 I overpaid? I took photos of the meter and surrounding signs, but there is no number to call to resolve issues.
