 - I would put 0 Stars if I could. I parked in a spot downloaded the app and could not pay for it on the app. I tried calling to pay by phone, but they are not open on the weekends even though the app says 24/7. At least they have a guy that will come give you a ticket while you're trying to find change.

 - this app is as helpful as boobs on a fish, can figure out how to pay or how to pick spots. I think they set it up to work poorly so they make more money from towing.
