 - These reviews are strange. I have been going to this building for about two years now and have never had any difficulty self-parking on P-1. The valets have all been very friendly and helpful. It IS expensive for self-parking on P-1, but I'm okay with that.

 - Terrible service and horrible experience!! Parking is always convoluted and the system is just outrageously broken. They make you pay $10 after ten minutes!!! This is a medical building, do these people honestly believe that anyone will be able to receive their services in less than ten minutes? And not only that, nobody in the entire building provides validation whatsoever. it takes almost an extra twenty minutes just to retrieve my car from the giant maze their valet service makes because there isn't enough space to accommodate all the traffic. Beware, if you need to have services done here I'd suggest coming by foot or park somewhere else.

 - I was in the building for 15 minutes and it took me 45 minutes to get my car back. Awful customer service, no accountability, the manager was openly hostile with me. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever again!

 - Terrible customer service from the valet. They told me to move ahead then walked away and ignored me. I ended up in the employee parking side and told I had to move up. Valet then tells me that I have to park myself and I would still be charged for the valet price. Basically I have to do the work for them after all that trouble and still end up paying for nonexistent service. Update: I stopped by the office. The door was locked and I knocked twice. I was in a rush to get to my appointment so I gave valet another try. Arrived at 7:45 am, I suppose it is not available at that time. I had to self park and still pay the same fee ($10 for 58 min). I would suggest putting an asterisk on "complimentary" valet parking. Had to park and drive my car out of P2 myself. At least valet was kind enough to move the car in front of me out of the way. I know sadly it is not an option for many patients, but I would suggest parking at Westfield Century City and walking over to the plaza, a short walk that takes less than 10 min. I will be doing that only from now on. Westfield Century City: Self-Parking Rates 1st hour: COMPLIMENTARY Hours 1-1.5: $3 Hours 1.5-5: $1 every 30 minutes Hours 5+ (Max): $30

 - I have to pay $5 just to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy in the building! There should be free parking for at least 30 minutes. Zero Stars!

 - I spent 2 minutes in the building doing what i came to do. Then i spent 45 minutes waiting for my car. Awful system. Should be someehere to park for 10 minutes or less

 - Valet stole money out of my console. Called to report. No response from the business.
