- Literally the worst people ever. I had a cargo van with me to unload a bed and bed frame. Keep in mind I LIVE at THE PARAMOUNT. My rent is paying for their salary. I was parked for no more than 10 minutes bringing things up to my apartment and coming down. The man demands my keys and told me he will go park if it it disturbs anyone. I said I will be leaving once I finish bringing the bed upstairs and he said okay but to still give him the keys. I come back down no more than 4 minutes later and the van has been moved and they were demanding me to pay for an hour of parking. Telling me I cant just leave the van parked there. Like are you guys fucking idiots? Did you clearly not see me running up and down to move things in? I wasn't just leaving the van there for fun and games. The stupid dude NEVER TOLD ME IF I STAYED THERE, THEY WILL CHARGE ME. HE JUST ASKED FOR THE KEYS AND GAVE ME SOME BULLSHIT EXCUSE. I argued my way out of it and was able to leave without paying. Literally the worst people. I literally fucking live there.

- ***DOG OWNERS BEWARE*** I began parking here on 9/3/2019 and on 9/16/2019-- after dropping my dog off at doggie day care-- I was told by the attendant that I was no longer able to park there because my car still smelled like my dog. It's a garage. A. Garage. full of mold, exhaust, and dust. I found parking down the street for the same price with less ridiculous valets. Also, their elevator was broken the entire time I parked there.

- I was charged a full day day price for 2.5hrs. I implore you to find s more honest parking vendor. There are plenty in the vicinity.

- Stupid idiots. Decided to pain a wall in their garage but not post any signs so as I was waiting for my car I made the critical mistake of leaning on the wall. $300 skirt covered in yellow and black paint and ruined. My son’s jeans and sweater - covered and ruined. Dumb fools.

- Left my car in morning with everything perfect condition, got my car back as i was walking to my car valet person quickly run off. Oh my windows is not all the way down, so i tried rolling up and realized it was off track. Now i'm going to spend my night figuring out how did it get fucked up. I know what are the chance for 40k bmw window to come off rails for first time ever?! Be warned.

- I've been parking here for a couple of months now. It's a valet service, not self park. The drivers are all very courteous. If you call them 15-20 minutes before you're ready to leave they will pull your car out so you don't have to wait. A big help during rush hour. They just raised their Early Bird Special (9:30am - 7:30pm) to $20.

- This parking facility is deceptive. On Mission Street, the sign stated that parking is $18.00 before 9 am. When we drove into the lot, it cost us $40.00 even though it was before 9 am. When I explained to the attendant that the sign on Mission Street said it was $18, he was rude and basically said its if you don't want to park here for $40, them turn around and leave. He was completely rude and had manners to us.
