- This was the worst parking garage I've ever come across (I'm 27 years old, so that's a lot of parking garages).
First off, it's VERY confusing. My family bought daily parking, which is apparently on the fifth level down (the bottom-most level). The signs indicating this are poorly marked and not very visible. The arrows and signs directing you to the appropriate directions are also poorly marked.
The worst part though, was that, when we finally did park in the correct location, we were unable to access to elevator. The elevator is enclosed in a small room, and both doors to that small room were locked. We pressed the call button multiple times, however we received no response from anyone. Fortunately, the door to the stairwell was open. Unfortunately, my father, who is 64 with a bad right hip, was in a great deal of pain after having been forced to climb five flights of stairs. Had one of us been severely handicapped, we would have been trapped down there.
There was one person at the front desk, and when I told her this, she asked "why didn't you call?" When I told her that there was no answer when I hit the call button, she said that she didn't receive a call from anyone. So as of right now, you will have to climb five flights of stairs if you buy daily parking, and the parking is on the bottom-most level.
