 - The Valet Parking robbed our family, took different things including shopping bags, money and kids video games, we are waiting the police's news, we got the report in The Beverly hills Police dept.

 - Dear sir or madame: I really appreciate your parking service. Having 2 hours to walk around Beverly Hills is sufficient time. However, on Monday August 13th, I felt like I did not have good service from one of your workers. When my aunt went to retrieve our car, we were not greeted the same by your worker as other drivers. He would smile and tell everybody, that their parking was free. When it came around to her, he did not say anything and just handed the ticket with no smile no nothing. But the next person, he would go and spread his charm. I am sorry we are in a rental on vacation and we did not drive a fancy car like most people in Beverly Hills, but I feel like we were wronged.
