- It took me half an hour to get out of this car park. I was in a hurry, because there was a family emergency and it took me half an hour to get out. I drove down, put my card through to pay and it declined me because of an account error when it never even asked for an account or a pin. I sat on hold with the Wilsons help team for 10 minutes before someone answered trying my card again and again, a man came overto help me, a warden and his swipe card wouldn't work either. So he took my phone and talked to the guy, the gate opened and I needed to get my phone, the guy hung up and the gate went down again... repeat this whole thing only add another 20 minutes of being on hold and 6 more cars stacked up behind me.
