 - Cannot even give one star for this joke of a place. prebooked and paid for parking on Monday 30/1/23 and when I entered the carpark with no signs it was full, could not find anywhere to park. There were approximately 10 other cars driving around inside. I had to leave the brisbane are and catch an uber back into town and back ($30.00). Rang the unhelpful number on the booking form (03)99266691 and asked if I could get a credit for another day and when he checked with his supervisor I was told to email customer service and I may be able to get a refund. Clearly meaning that they did not care. Not wasting any more money or time on this joke of a parking place.
