- Be careful of this lot. It is operated (IMO) by a form of Organized Crime. Their surveilence equipment is faulty or they are simply thieves. They will send you a bill for improperly parking there with "fines", and then quickly turn it over to collection. I parked here and paid. I sent the Parking Recovery office evidence that they charged my card on the date in question and they denied my "appeal", insisting I pay $85 on an $18 parking fee WHICH I PAID (and had proof of it). These people didn't even read my letter. STAY AWAY. THIS LOT IS UNSAFE, UNPROTECTED and CRIMINAL.
