 - Today,Thursday, 3/15, I parked in space 135 at 6:52 am. I returned near 10:00 and as I drove out an envelope from my windshield flew off in the rain. I paid my $3.00. I', 72 yrs. old and I have never parked here before. I am sorry if I parked in the wrong space. Please advise.
