- First time user. Was very happy with how smoothly we transitioned to the airport and back. We travelled with two toddlers and the short shuttle wait time was very helpful. The only thing we had trouble with was finding the shuttle stop at the airport. It is on the LL of the hotel and very well maintained. Upon arriving, the shuttle arrived immediately at the hotel shuttle stop at the airport and we were on our way back to the hotel. We found the valet person, gave him our paperwork and ticket, found our car, drove it to the gate, and the valet came in time to open it up for us. Off we were to home. For the price and convenience, it was great! Kids loved the shuttle ride. Wish we knew about it earlier ;) thanks!
