 - Worst customer service ever !!! Short Spanish girl was eating mcdonalds behind the counter with co workers and having conversation with coworkers while i was trying to rent a car , I left didn't get a car ask for a manager and manager doesn't get in till 12 noon total bullshit .

 - When I arrived the person wasn't sure if I was at the right place because he couldn't find my reservation. After I was able to pull up my reservation on my phone all went smoothly. When I returned I was taken to the lot next door and had to walk over to get my car. It was better than trying to park at the airport, but I am not sure if I would choose your lot again.
