 - complete fraud this is the 21st century with ANPR clearly advertised. So i park up, go about my business, and then pay by entering my registration on the machine and pay fee that appears receive a £100 fine for non payment, so appeal and provide bank acc payment. Rejected as i am in breach of T&C, because i didnt pay within 10 minutes of entering the car park as per the advertised signage they just sent loads of pictures of signs to show they are clearly advertising the T&C. I cant get any retrospective pictures to show if cars were blocking the signs or not, and i did not get issued with a ticket or receipt from the machine despite requesting both (habit because i dont trust these car park operators) I'm sure there are car parks in better condition in war zones around the world, and its a farce they are actually charging to park there in the 1st place

 - DO NOT PARK HERE SCAM, I paid for parking via there website had proof of two transactions on the same day, they then sent a final warning letter 2 months later, I sent the proof of payment that they then rejected and sent a demand for £170. CON ARTIST that need reporting

 - In August my daughter parked here. At the end of her stay she paid for an hours parking. She has the transaction on her bank statement. She appealed and they rejected it and sent another letter stating she now owes £170 or she will be taken to court. The bank statement shows the payment was made to City Fusion, the land owner, not Excel Parking. Excel claim they have no evidence of her payment. Will fight this in court if needs be. Shocking.

 - Since the new operator took this car park over it has been awful, not to state that the car park is in disrepair anyway! The last time I tried to park here the payment machine wouldn't accept my card despite trying 4 times! Previously I'd booked through yourparkingspace.com and had no trouble with the old operator and it took over 4 weeks for them to acknowledge I'd paid through this format too when they took over. I used to recommend this car park, now ~I'd advise you avoid it like the plague! The new operators are a joke.

 - SCAM! Do not park here. They will take your money to park and then issue a fine anyway claiming you never paid. Rejected my appeal even though I could prove on my bank statement I had paid. The car park itself is in disrepair. Absolute con artists.

 - Usually really happy parking here. On my last visit, the machine wasn't working. After several attempts, it finally acknowledged my card (I was trying to pay contactless), however there was no ticket issued. I assumed this was due to ANPR registering my car (you have to enter your registration on the machine). It was my fault that I didn't check to see if there were any signs telling me I needed to display a ticket. There was no grace for a genuine mistake due to a faulty machine and I had to pay a fine.

 - FRAUDSTERS Used this car park 16th May Waited for space and parked my vehicle. Purchased ticket as directed.10 34am left the car park 11. 26am before the ticket expired. Receive fine. You are charged from the second you enter the carpark as they take your time of entry regardless of whether you can find a space or not. Still had to pay fine. I produced the ticket but that makes no difference. This company need to be closed down for theft.

 - I arrived at Crown Street at 13.46 on 29.1.23. I parked and followed the instructions on the Parkonomy board in the car park. I received an email confirming I had paid and parked at 13.54. A month later I received a £100 fine from Excel Parking who state that I had 'Parked without payment of the parking tariff. The maximum period allowed at this site is 0 (zero) minutes. IF YOU PARK AT CROWN STREET YOU WILL BE FINED EVEN IF YOU HAVE PAID. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO STEAL FROM YOU.
