Reviews
 - Parked for week and asked for a wash. They waited until the last possible moment to wash my vehicle and then were not able to locate it. I waited an additional 30 minutes. On the drive home, I realized that the interior compartment where I charge me phone was stuck shut. I think they were too rough all around.

 - I liked the staff and their responsiveness. Very friendly. Had my EV fully charged when I returned from my trip. Took minutes to have my car available for my long drive home.

 - thought I won the lottery that I could get my car inspected while out of town. Not only did they not inspect my car, they made me call the inspection place to see if it was inspected and then they still charged me. Oh, and they couldn't refund me the money over the phone, only in person!

 - These guys cut two tires and dinged the heck out of two rims -- I know it was done at Business Valet because I'd had my tires rotated just the day before (1000 miles on new). The following morning after driving my car directly home the night before I saw two chunks of rubber had been cut from the sidewalls just gaping. I called the manager, Derek, and he said he'd look into it. A week later I reached out to Derek again bc I hadn't heard back ...and finally three weeks later I got him on the phone -- he said he'd "look into it." Again. You can guess how this ended -- I'm SOL on my tires and rims -- I only asked for 2 new tires. It really was pathetic how Derek towed the company line saying I needed to report the damage on-site. I picked up the car at night and really wasn't going to see this damage unless I'd walked around w/a flashlight. Well, I suggest bringing a flashlight!

 - Drove in with intact windshield. Drove out with broken windshield. Business Valet refused to take care of it. Even though their own video surveillance shows the intact windshield when I drove in. I don't care how it happened, I just wanted it fixed. Needless to say, I will be using other valet services in the future. Suggest you park elsewhere or understand that you park your beautiful car there at your own risk. They are counting on your insurance covering the damage (which they will) and you eating any deductible. It's the principal of the thing. These people do not deserve your business.
