- I have always parked in this ramp for concerts at the Iowa Event Center and had a pleasant experience. This last Friday we were at a concert and we arrived at 4 PM to go to a restaurant before the show. They did not have anyone at the entrance to take money for the special event. After the show when we were leaving the ramp, there was an employee at the ramp who was checking the cars for the special event ticket. We had none so he requested us to pay the $5 no problem, but I only had a $20 bill. He was frustrated with us since we only had a $20 and not a $5 because he had no change. In the future the ramp should be able to make change. This is poor management & very frustrating for everyone involved.
