 - Terrible signage.. Did not realize that you had to prepay parking or get a ticket !!!! ..Went to the machine upon entry...4 groups crowded there.....asked if anyone knew how to pay ...all said they did not...I left & when I returned to leave & pay... Had a $98.00 ticket on my car for 2 hours parking,,,...will not return ever..this is taking advantage of patrons for sure... !!.. I feel this lack of proper signage is on purpose...to exploit !!

 - Excellent parking facility. I have left my vehicle there for 5 days and feel very comfortable about it. It is a little pricey, but considering the price of my vehicle security is important.

 - Today I had the misfortune of going to Rideau Centre without my wallet. I found that out when I tried to pay for a purchase. I returned to the parking, pressed the HELP button on the paying machine, explained my situation and asked to be let out and where to pay from home for my 20 minutes in the place. I was let out alright, but not before I was told in a rude way to never park there if I do not have my wallet! I am still asking: How can I pay you? Effie P

 - Had a work event nearby and parked there at 1pm Jun 20th, 2019. Left around 5:30pm. Ended up paying 19.50. If that isn't a ripoff I don't know what is. I avoid visiting downtown for exactly this reason. Never going back.
