- Don't park here. When we returned our car had been broken into!
Either the valet didn't lock the doors or it was one of them that was the thief. When we alerted security, they basically just said they were sorry to hear it, but didn't really do anything else. They said they would review the cctv footage and get back to me. They offered no compensation, and were extremely hesitant to call the cops. They said this has never happened before but didn't seem all that shocked and to be honest, no one seemed to really give a shit. To add insult to injury, as we were about to leave they accused us of not paying.
Not quite as big of a deal but Louis, the shuttle driver completely blew us off and drove away with an empty shuttle seconds before we were ready. We told him we were almost ready to go and he just scoffed and drove off. One of the valet even called him on the radio saying to wait, that we were ready but off he went. We had to run to the airport from the hotel and almost missed our flight.
All in all this has been a terrible experience. Wish I could give zero stars.
