- i am a blue badge holder and I visited the mountplesaent carpark 21. 4 .22. I PAYED 3 pound sixty for my stay on the day I did not no how not to pay could you. please explain how rules work for blue badge holders please

- Always spaces, larger spaces and a great daily price for the city centre. Lifts are a bit slow mind you!

- Got a parking fine. Queried why the ticket said Level 3 while my car was parked at Level 11. After about 3,5 months my query was rejected (unanswered) and the instruction was to pay, which I (foolishly?) did. One could wonder why they took so long. If they did not bother to answer the question, they could have acted a bit quicker.

- Parked in the disabled bays and had a lovely day in Liverpool. Unfortunately my wife had a fall and we were stuck while she tried to recover. We made it back to the car park only to find that it had been closed with no way of getting to the car or getting out. On reading the sign is said it closed at 8pm so we called the helpline which was no use as we were simply told we were stuck until 7am the next day. Had to book into a hotel. MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS CAR PARK CLOSES AT 8PM WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. I'd hate for anyone else to undergo what we went through.

- Was running ate today, didn't have change. Sign said to could call a no to pay for parking which I did, said I could park until 17thJul at the end, I only wanted an hour not several days. Cannot get in touch with anyone to sort it out. Automated system will only let me extend it further or change location. I am racking up huge parking fees and my car in oustside my house. None of the numbers on the website are picking up. Council arent answering.
