 - There is no grace period. The time on the fine was one minute after my permit expired. Don't underestimate how long you'll be. You will receive a citation immediately if your permit expires.

 - Be warned, this is owned by Universal Parking Services, LLC. it is no longer a pay as you exit, but pay for parking up front and place ticket on your dash. I was 15 minutes late in arriving to my vehicle and was hit with a $71 parking 'fine.' The attendant was still in the garage and refused to address it, saying there is only a 6 minute grace period. Be warned!
